Spicy Beef Marinade

Beef Marinade:
2 bottles beer (12 ounces each, use dark beer or have it with your Bud!)
1/2 C Soy sauce
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Onion, chopped
2 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Orange or lemon zest
1 tsp Red hot paste chili peppers or 2 1/2 tsp ground pepper flakes
2 tsp Hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
8 Sirloin steaks, about 6 ounces each
Orange peel
Bell peppers
6 Eggplant
Cooking Instructions
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a glass bowl. Add beef and marinate in the refrigerator overnight or up to 12 hours. Fire up the grill. Remove the beef and barbecue until done to your taste. Place the orange peel and bell peppers (for flavor) directly in the coals when cooking the beef. place eggplant on grill or into fire to cook. Remove shred and serve with the beef.
Additional Comments
This recipe is nice and spicy serves six to eight people or just add a lot for the party you're having.
