1/2 White onion, diced 3-4 stalks Green onion, diced Chilli pepper (according to taste) Soy sauce (best to use Kikoman) 3 Lemons, juiced |

| Cooking Instructions |

Place green & white onions in a bowl. Add peppers, if you desire. Best to smash before adding in the liquids. Then juice in lemons and add shoyu according to taste. |
