Ingredients
Pork shoulder
Brown sugar
Apple cider vinger
Worcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions
Put pork shoulder roast fat side up in a roaster with a lid. Splash Worcestershire sauce over the top and down the sides of the roast, then pack it firmly with a generous layer of brown sugar, now pour cider vinger into roaster to come about an inch up the side of the roast (do not get the brown sugar wet!). Cover tightly and roast in a slow 225F oven for five or six hours. Serve with steam white rice (goes without saying).
