Ingredients
3 Lbs Pork butt, cut into even slabs
1 1/2 C Vinegar
4 cloves Garlic, crushed
1 Bay Leaf
1 Tbsp Sage
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Rosemary
1 Tbsp Taragon
Cooking Instructions
Marinade pork overnight in fridge turning over twice. Bake for 1.5 hours at 350 degrees or until pork is fork tender.
Additional Comments
Recipe can also be used for fish and eel.
