Kahala's Garlic Sesame Chicken Wings

5 lbs Chicken wings or wingettes
1/3 C Sherry
1/3 C Shoyu
3 large Garlic cloves, minced or 3-4 Tbsp bottled garlic
1/3 C Sugar (or less)
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
1 extra large Egg
1 C Flour
1/4 C or more White sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions
Combine wine, shoyu, garlic and sugar. Add sesame oil. Add egg and blend/beat together until well incorporated. Pour into large zip lock plastic bag. Add chicken and mix until chicken is coated. Refrigerate and marinate overnight. Mix flour and sesame seeds until evenly distributed in another large zip lock bag. Drain chicken and add to flour mix, shaking to coat. If chicken isn't coated well, add more flour/sesame seeds. Deep fry at 350-365 degrees for 10 minutes; in batches if necessary. Drain and keep warm until serving time.

Great for pot-lucks and can be served cool but tastes better warmed.
