2 Tbsp Salad oil
2 1/2-3 lb Frying chicken, cut up
8 1/4 oz can Pineapple chunks in own juice
1 lb Peaches, peeled and sliced (or can use 1 28-oz can sliced kine)
1/2 C Onion, diced
1 small green peppah, cut into strips
1 1/2 C Catsup
1/2 C Cider vinegah
2 Tbsp Sugah
1 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
1 tsp Salt
1/2-1 tsp Ginger, fresh kine, minced
Cooking Instructions
In one 12" skillet, heat oil ovah medium heat. Add chicken an brown um good on all sides. Hemo da chicken from da pan an set aside, but leave da drippings in da pan. While stay browning da chicken, drain da juice from da pineapple. Save da pineapple, an toss da juice wit da peaches; set aside. Sautė onion an green peppah in reserved drippings in da skillet foah about chree minutes. No ovahcook! Den add da catsup, vinegah, sugah, mustahd, salt and gingah, an also da drained liquid from da peaches. Stir an heat um all chru. Den poot da chicken back insai da skillet an simmah foah about 35 minutes; huli da chicken a few times. Skim off da excess fat; add da peaches an da pineapple to da skillet an simmah foah about 5 moah minutes; stir um few times.

Serve um hot wit rice. Make about 4 servings.

Dis stay so ono! Sounds like one funny kine combination till u go tryum, but garans u going like um.
