1-2 lbs Ground beef 1 Egg 1 Tbsp Cornstarch 2 Tbsp Onion, minced Dash of pepper |
Sauce: 1 Tbsp Oil 1 C Pineapple juice 3 Tbsp Cornstarch 1 Tbsp Shoyu 1 Tbsp Vinegar 6 Tbsp Water 1/2 C Sugar 4 slices canned Pineapple, cup into pieces (or 1/2 can chunk pineapple) 3 large Green peppers, cut into strips |

Mix and form all above ingredients into 18 or more balls. Brown in small amount of oil. (Or bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes.) Drain fat. Add pineapple juice to it and cook over low heat for a few minutes. Add mixture or cornstarch, shoyu, vinegar, water and sugar. Cook until juice thickens, stirring constantly. Add meatballs, pineapple, and green peppers. Heat thoroughly. Serve hot. |
