4 lbs Short ribs (Flanken ribs)
1/4 C Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp minced Ginger root
1/4 C minced Green onions
1 tsp Sesame oil
Cooking Instructions
Ask butcher to cut meat into 1 1/2-2 inch pieces. Butterfly ribs by cutting parallel to bone, leaving only about 1/4 inch of meat to connect ribs. Open and lay flat. Score meat on both sides. Combine all the ingredients and marinate meat for 4 hours. Broil in preheated 375 degree oven for 3-5 minutes on each side.
