2 C Sugar
1 C Bisquick mix
3 C Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
2 Eggs
1 pinch Salt
1/2 C Milk
1/2 C Evaporated milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Cooking Instructions
Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Heat oil in deep fryer and turn down to low heat. Drop in small balls of batter into the oil until brown. Drain on paper towel and cool. Hint: I usually mix the batter into a "thick runny" consistency adding milk to thin. I like to use the tablespoon measure to scoop out a portion of batter to drop into the oil. Make sure to turn down the heat because it will brown or blacken real fast if too high.
