1 1/2 C Flour 1/2 C Sugar 1/2 tsp Baking soda 1/4 tsp Salt 1 Egg
1/2 tsp Almond extract 1/2 C Chopped blanched almonds 1/2 C Butter
Cooking Instructions
Combine all dry ingredients; cup in butter, add egg, add extract, and chopped almonds. Blend well. Shape a teaspoon of batter into a flat circle, top with an almond and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
