Mom's Ox Tail/Beef Stew

Ox Tails and Brisket or Beef Stew meat (2 trays each)
2 Stalks celery
2 cans stewed Tomato
1 can tomato sauce
1 onion chopped
Potato peeled and chopped (I use 5-6 you can use more or less depends on da size of yo pot)
3 carrots peeled and chopped.
Hawaiian Salt and pepper.
Cooking Instructions
Thickener-cornstarchor flour and wada. About 1/2 cup flour and enuf wada to make it look like runny paste. Trow da Ox tails in da pot and Cova with water. Add onion, celery, stewed tomato and hawaiian salt (to taste). Boil for 1 hour to soften da Ox tails den add the Stew meat and boil for annada couple hours (til tenda). When da meat is tenda add the potato and carrots and simmer til its cooked. Ticken with da mixture of flour or cornstarch and wada. I use flour, mix with warm wada and strain into pot stirring while adding thickener.
