- Material submitted should be entertaining following a well developed story line (fictional or non-fictional) about "childhood" experiences of growing up in Hawaii. Humorous , nostalgic, or historic recollections of being raised in Hawaii are encouraged reflecting the unique cultural treasures of our Island home.
- The story shall be in good taste and screened by AlohaWorld editors as to its uniqueness to the collection of existing stories.
