5-7 lbs Pork butt or shoulder(chopped)
Garlic salt
1 Round onion, diced fine
1/2 Green bell pepper, diced fine
2 stalks Celery, diced fine
2 bunch American Cilantro, diced fine
1 Can Tomato Paste
1 Can Tomato Sauce
2 Can Black Olives
1/4 cup Achuete oil. Boil achuete seeds in 1/4 cup oil for a couple of minutes. Then remove seeds.
Cooking Instructions
Boil Pork(seasoned with garlic salt to your taste) in water. Water covering most of the meat. Med to High Temp until simmering. This should take 45 minutes. When almost soft, Add all veggies & more garlic salt(to your liking). Cook another 10-15 minutes or until meat is soft & ready. Add tomato sauce, paste & olives. If to thick add more water. Add Achuete oil (not seeds) at the very end and stir in. All pau=)
