1 floured Brown in Bag
1 whole chicken
1 tsp Oyster sauce
1/4 tsp Cchinese five spice
1 tsp Cushed garlic (I buy the Gilroys already crushed garlic)

2 cubes Red fermented beancurd (in oriental section of markets)
1 bottle Lum's charsiu sauce
4 Potatoes sliced with no skin
1 chopped Round onion
1 tsp crushed Ginger (I buy the Gilroys crushed ginger)
Cooking Instructions
In a bowl crush the two red fermented beancurd, then add oyster sauce, chinese five spice,crushed garlic, crushed ginger. Place chicken, round onion and potatoes in floured brown in bag, pour sauce all over chicken and inside the cavity. Water bath the chicken at 350 degrees for 2 hours. (you can use this char siu sauce for any kind of pork dish too)
