5 lbs boneless/skinless Chicken 4 chopped Garlic 1 chopped Round onion 2 Tbps Olive oil 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 2 Tbsp Tumeric powder

2 Tbsp Curry powder 1 package Carrots 1 bunch Celery chopped 4 peeled Potatoes chopped 1 large can Chicken broth 1 can Cream 1 Tbsp Corn starch |

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Sprinkle in all spices. Brown chicken. Add carrots, celery, potato and chicken broth. Bboil for 2 hours. Open can cream add corn starch, stir and then thicken chicken curry. |
