4 pkgs Bean Thread
3 tbsp salt
2-3 cans Chicken broth or 4 cups of water
1 round Onion(diced)
1-1 1/2 C Kikkoman shoyu
3 lg bunches Bok Choi or 2 lg bunches Mustard Cabbage (cut long)
1 lb New Zealand corn beef
1/4 c oil
Cooking Instructions
Can do either:

Soak bean thread in hot salted water until soft enough to cut with scissors. Or boil/cook in chicken broth for 3-4 minutes - turn off heat and set aside until soft enough to cut

Saute onions in oil. Add corn beef, cook thoroughly. Add veg, mix well, then add cut bean thread to mixture. Add shoyu to taste.
