Ingredients |
4 Hawaiian chili peppers 1 large piece smashed Garlic 2 C water |
1 1/2 to 2 Tbls Rock salt 1 Tbls Apple cider vinegar |

Smash chili peppers in pot, placed the rest of the ingredients in pot and bring toa a boil. Allow to boil for a couple of minutes, turn heat off and allow chili pepper water to cool. Pour cooled chilli pepper water into a clean bottle(soda bottle or whatever)and use as you wish. |

You can add what ever you like to this mix to customize the flavors you like, I add limu Kohu to the mix to infuse the limu taste into the cooled recipe. Have fun and create your own flavors!
