10 pieces Beef shank or lamb shank 4 cloves Garlic, chopped 1 Onion, chopped 1 Tbsp Pepper 1 Tbsp Schilling Italian seasoning 1 Tbsp Garlic powder 1 Tbsp Olive oil |
1 can Tomato paste 1 can Stewed tomato 1 bottle Red wine 2 Zuchinnis, chopped 4 Carrots, chopped |

Debone the beef shank. Saute the garlic and onion in olive oil. Add beef shank and brown. Put in all ingredients except the zuchinni. Simmer on very low for 3 -4 hours until beef shank is cooked, then add in zuchinni. |
