3 c. hot, freshly cooked Rice 1 pkg Shiofuku konbu 1 container Fukujin zuke (red) Furikake |

Usintg a 2-3 in deep platter/dish, add a layer of hot rice. Sprinkle shiofuku konbu, fukujin zuke, and furiake over rice. Add another layer of hot rice. Repeat step 3. |
| Additional Comments |
This is a layered dish and your rice MUST BE HOT in order melt the konbu.
NOTE: Do not use the whole package of konbu or fukujin zuke. |
