Marinade: 2 C Ketchup 2 tsp minced Garlic 1 tsp minced Ginger ¼ C Red cooking wine
1¾ C Shoyu ¼ C Parsley 2 C Honey 2 C Guava concentrate, frozen or bottled ½ C chopped Green onion
Combine all marinade ingredients, mixing thoroughly, and then set aside. Bring ribs to a boil in salted water and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain ribs then add to marinade and place in refrigerator overnight.
Broil ribs on broiler pan and baste frequently with marinade.
Serve over hot rice....ho, so ono, going broke da mout!
