Ingredients
2 Purity Portugese sausages
1 bag Carrots, chopped
4 cans Van Camp Kkidney beans
1 large can Chicken broth
1 bunch watercress
1 head Cabbage
1 round Onion, chopped
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
4 cans Tomato sauce
pepper to taste
2 Zucchini, chopped
4 Tbsp oil
2 lbs Stew meat
Cooking Instructions
Put oil in soup pot. Throw in chopped round onion and chopped garlic. Put in the stew meat. Slice the Portugese sausages and toss into pot. Chop the carrots and place in the pot. Add the 4 cans of van camp kidney beans, then add the 4 cans of tomato sauce. Pour in the entire tall can of chicken broth. Put pepper to your taste. Simmer on medium until the stew meat is soft(takes about 4 hours). When the stew meat is soft, add in the chopped watercress, zuchinni and chopped cabbage and turn off the fire. The heat from the soup will wilt the watercress, zucchini and cabbage. You can add in cooked macaroni if you choose. Toasted Saloon pilot crackers is ono with this
