Ingredients |
3-5 lbs Beef (Thinly Sliced) 2 C Aloha Shoyu 1 C Honey 1/2 C Sesame oil |
1/4 C crushed fresh Garlic 1/4 C crushed Ginger |
| Cooking Instructions |

Mix all the ingredients and stir until honey is mixed in well. Add thinly sliced beef and lomi well. Place in zip lock bag or vacuum sealer bag. Push all air out of bag and let marinate overnight. Pulehu (BBQ) the meat and will cook fast. |
