3-5 lb Pot roast
2 Tbsp Butter or margarine
1 can Mushroom soup
Shoyu to taste
Potatoes, russet or red are both good
Cooking Instructions
Brown roast in butter or margarine on both sides, as one side browns, sprinkle shoyu on the top side. Add can of soup on top of meat & 1/2 can water around meat in the pan. Cover & bake at 350* 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hrs till tender, depending on size of roast. Add potatos about 45 min. before done. Serve with potatos or over rice.
