1 block Cream cheese
2 C Shredded cheese (cheddar jack taste best)
1 pkg Imitation crab
1 block Kamoboko
1/2 Carrot, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
Wonton pi's (skins)
Cooking Instructions
Combine and mix all ingredients together with fork. Spoon into wonton pi's, wet corners and seal.

Heat a wok or deep pan 1/2 filled with oil. Fry wontons until crisp. Scoop onto papertowel to drain excess oil. **DO NOT OVER FRY! CHEESE WILL LEAK OUT AND BURN IN OIL**
