Ingredients
Crust:
2 C All-purpose flour
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 sticks Butter, melted

6-7 Bananas
Filling:
2 boxes Instant vanilla pudding
3 C Cold milk
1 8-oz bar Cream cheese, softened

1 8-oz tub Cool Whip, thawed
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, sift together flour and sugar. Mix melted butter until it forms a dough. Spread in the bottom of a 13x9x2" pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes (do not overbake or your crust will be hard). Cool. Slice bananas and lay on cool crust. (If your bananas are not fully ripe, sprinkle with 3 T. sugar.) In a large bowl, combine vanilla pudding and milk. Mix in softened cream cheese (to soften, microwave for about 30-45 seconds). Carefully pour over bananas. Spread Cool Whip over pudding mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
