1 1/2 lbs Hamburger
1 lb Sweet Italian sausage
(casings removed)
1/2 lb Bacon
1 16oz bag Elbow macaroni
2-3 cloves Garlic chopped
1 lrg Sweet onion chopped
1 lrg Bell pepper chopped
Oregano & Basil (to taste)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

3 8oz cans Tomato sauce
1 can Whole tomatoes
1 can Tomato paste
1 can Pitted olives (sliced)
1 can Whole corn
1 can Sliced mushrooms
1 lb Shredded mozerella cheese
1 lb Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Cooking Instructions
In a bowl, combine the 2 types of cheese and set aside. In a large pot, brown bacon, then add the hamburger, italian sausage, garlic, onions, bell pepper, salt and pepper. When meat is browned then drain the fat. Add all tomato stuff, and mushrooms along with oregano and basil. Simmer 1 1/2 hrs. Cook Macaroni, drain and set aside. In a large baking pan (11x17x3 if you have it)add the sauce to the bottom of the pan top with layer of macaroni to cover, followed by sauce. Then sprinkle corn and olives on top of sauce followed by a layer of cheese, continue layering ending with sauce, corn, olives and cheese. Cover pan with foil and bake in the oven at 350 for 1 hr or until top layer of cheese melts. Feeds 20-25.
Additional Comments
You may substitute the tomato stuff along with mushrooms, oregano and basil by using 3-4 jars of Ragu Mushroom Spagehtti Sauce or any Spagehtti sauce to your liking.

Mom used to make this for parties since it fed so many and was pretty simple to prepare. Serve with garlic bread and a green salad, you've got a great meal!
