1/2 lb Flank steak, sliced
5 Tbsp Oil

2 Tbsp Shoyu
1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
1 Tbsp Sherry
2 slices Ginger
1/2 tsp Garlic chili sauce or
1 clove Garlic, mashed
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Sesame oil

1/2 C Round onions, sliced
2 C Sin choy
1" piece ginger, mashed
Sweet-Sour Sauce:
1/8 C Vinegar
1/8 C Sugar
1" Ginger, mashed

Cornstarch Mixture:
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
1/2 C Water
1 cube Beef bouillon
Cooking Instructions
Marinate beef in sauce. Heat 2 Tbs. oil & stir-fry beef until medium rare on high heat, remove. Reheat pan w/ 3 Tbs. oil & sauté vegetables until tender but crisp. Add sweet-sour sauce & stir well. Thicken w/ cornstarch mixture, Return beef & stir well.
