3 lbs Spareribs 3 Tbsp Brown sugar 2 Tbsp Cornstarch 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 C Vinegar
1/2 C Catsup 1 8oz can Crushed pineapple, undrained 1 Tbsp Soy sauce 1/2 Tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
Cut ribs in serving size pieces. Combine remaining ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook until slightly thickened, about 5 mins., stirring constantly. Arrange layer of spareribs in roasting pan. Cover with one-half pineapple mixture, add another layer of ribs & top with remaining mixture. Cover pan tightly with foil & bake in 325 degree oven about 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Serves 4.
