2 C Milk
1/4 C Butter
1/2 C Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 pkg Dry yeast
1/4 C Warm water
4 large Eggs, beaten and @ room temp.
4 C Flour
Cooking Instructions
Scald the milk then remove from heat. Put butter, sugar, and salt into large bowl. Add milk and stir until dissolved. Let cool. Dissolve yeast with warm water in small bowl. Add to cooled milk mixture, then add beaten eggs. Add flour and beat by hand until well mixed. Dough will be soft. Add more flour little by little if too soft. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise in warm place. When dough rises to top of bowl, punch down and let rise again. Repeat above one more time (3 times total). Pinch off dough and roll by hand until ball shape. Deep fry in hot oil (350C) until brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels then roll in sugar cinnamon mixture.
