1 Block tofu
2 Sheets sushi nori
2 Eggs, scrambled
1/2 Cup kim chee
Green onion, chopped
Sesame seeds, toasted

4 Tbsp. shoyu
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
Dash pepper
Cooking Instructions
Cut tofu into 1/2-inch cubes for the first layer and place on dish. Toast nori and crumble one sheet with fingers on the tofu. Fry eggs and slice into thin strips and layer strips over nori. Cut kim chee into small pieces and layer over eggs. Continue the layering process: tofu, nori, eggs, and kim chee. Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over layered tofu. Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Chill for about an hour before serving.
Additional Comments
This is my best friend's recipe. Really ono for 'da kine any kine'. Can be appetizer, can be salad, can be side dish, can be main dish!
