2 large package Portuguese Sausage
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup whiskey
1 cup ketchup
Cooking Instructions
Mix sugar, whiskey and ketchup in pot and simmer about 15-20 minutes. This can be made in advance and refrigerated until ready to use. When ready, cut sausage

in bite size pieces, put in baking pan or tossable aluminum foil pan, add sauce, cover with foil and bake til heated (350 for about 1/2 to 3/4 hr). If you take it to a picnic, you can heat it on the grill, but watch it and stir around so it doesn't burn!
