 I love making corned beef patties. I saute the onions first cause I no like the crunchy raw flavor or I use dried onions. And we cover it in panko before frying. Add hot sauce to mix too for extra flavor! Oh yeah sometimes too when I craving but no more potatoes, I have used the can corned beef hash to make into patties and thing come out good. But if you making homemade then use the New Zealand corned beef cause more sweet. YUM!
