Curry Stew

2 packages Stew meat
4 Carrots
2 Zucchini
1 bunch Celery
4 Potatoes
Round onion
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 Tbls Oil

2 capfuls Curry powder
2 capfuls Turmeric powder
1 tall can Chicken broth
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 can Carnation cream
2 heaping tsp Flour
Cooking Instructions
Saute onion and garlic in oil with all seasoning. Add other ingredients except zucchini and potato. When meat is soft, add zucchini and potato. Thicken at end with flour in cream.
