Tofu Salad

1 Block Tofu, cut in bite size squares
Smoked Salmon
1 small Maui Onion, chopped
2 Tomatoes, cubed
1 Bag Bean Sprouts
1 Container Wasabi (Radish) Sprouts, sliced in 1/4 inch
Lettuce, chopped (manoa, romaine, or spinach)
1/4 C Peanut oil
3-4 cloves garlic
1/2 C Shoyu
1/4 C green onion, chopped
Cooking Instructions
Layer ingredients as desired. Traditionally, Tofu goes first, on the bottom -- I prefer to mix everything, except the Tofu and salmon, then layer the Tofu and salmon on top.

Sauce: Heat oil and brown garlic, remove from heat and add shoyu and green onion. Let cool. Poor on top prior to serving.
Additional Comments
I love this salad, I use a lot "greens" chopped up...and this salad goes a long way!

It's always a potluck favorite!
