Easy Kine Wok Fried Shrimp

16-20 sized Shrimp allow 5 per person
Minced Garlic as much as you like
Pepper to taste
Oyster sauce
3 Tbsp oil
Green onion slivered for garnish
Chinese Parsley for garnish
Cooking Instructions
Slit shrimp down back and de-vein leaving shell on. Bring wok to high heat, pour oil in. Add shrimp and stir fry, add garlic & pepper. When shrimp turns color, add as much oyster sauce as you want and stir fry till cooked. Place in serving dish and garnish with green onions & chinese parsley.
