Pickled Pork Butt

1 Pork butt cut into chunks
2 bottle Sweetened black vinegar (sold in china town stores)
2 C Apple cider vinegar
l large piece of Ginger
1 C Brown sugar
1 tsp Sesame seed oil
1 tsp Pepper
Cooking Instructions
In a large pot put sesame oil and large piece of ginger, toss in chunks of pork butt and pepper. Add apple cider and sweetened black vinegar and brown sugar. Slow simmer for 3 hours.
Additional Comments
You can pouch an egg in the gravy when the dish is done.
