Mulungay Beans

Ingredients
Mulungay beans
1 can Stewed tomatoes
Patis
Black pepper to taste
Garlic, chopped
Oil
Cooking Instructions
With a vegetable peeler, skin as much skin off of the beans. Cut into 4-5 inch pieces. In a sauce pan, brown garlic then add Mulungay beans and saute for a few minutes. Add can stewed tomatoes and stir. Add Patis and pepper to taste cook a few more minutes and serve.
