Lots of Tomato Stew

1 Onion, chopped
4 Garlic cloves, chopped
1 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Bay leaves
1 Tbsp Pepper
1 Tbls Garlic powder
4 large Carrots
1 bunch of Celery, chopped
2 Zuchinni
4 Potatoes, chopped
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
4 packs stew meat(Times got the best stew meat, it is not fatty)
1 large can Chicken broth
1 28 oz can Tomato sauce
1 28 oz can Whole tomatoes
1 large can Tomato paste
2 Tbls flour
Cooking Instructions
Saute onions and garlic with olive oil. Brown stew meat with seasonings. Pour in tomato sauce, tomato paste and whole tomatoes with bay leaves and Worchestershire sauce with carrots and celery. Simmer for one hour. Pour in big large can of chicken broth. When stew meat is soft (about 3 hours), put in zuchinni, potatoes. When potatoes are soft, thicken with flour.
