Beef Shank Stew

10 pieces Beef shank or lamb shank
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 Tbsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Schilling Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 can Tomato paste
1 can Stewed tomato
1 bottle Red wine
2 Zuchinnis, chopped
4 Carrots, chopped
Cooking Instructions
Debone the beef shank. Saute the garlic and onion in olive oil. Add beef shank and brown. Put in all ingredients except the zuchinni. Simmer on very low for 3 -4 hours until beef shank is cooked, then add in zuchinni.
