Stir Fried Pork and Cane Field Grown Kalabasa

3 lbs Pork
3 Tbsp Shoyu
3 Tbsp Oyster sauce
squash (kalabasa, spagetti squash)
Cooking Instructions
Cut pork into bite size pieces. Then boil it fo take out all da scum and da pig smell (skim off all da scum off da top of da wata.) Wen pau, and no mo scum and smell, wash da meat. By dis time da pork stay half cook. Set aside meat and prep squash, cutting squash into half inch cubes. Cut onion and smash garlic. Heat oil and pan fry meat until brown. Den trow in garlic and onion and brown samo. Den trow in squash and stir fry until squash stay soft. Den add 3 Tbsp shoyu and fry. Den add oyster sauce, 6 Tbsp or mo if u like. Fry until caramelized. Add salt and pepper fo taste.

I had dis long time ago. My mom wen make dis fo fast kine food. Lucky I watch her cook otherwise no can make.
