Mochiko Chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs Boneless skinless chicken thighs

Batter:
4 Tbsp Mochiko (rice flour)
4 Tbsp Cornstarch
4 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ajinomoto
1/4 C chopped Green onions
2 Eggs
3 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 or 2 cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Sesame seed (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients for batter. Add chicken. Marinate chicken in batter for at least 5 hours or overnight. Deep fry chicken until golden brown.

For best results, use a wok for frying chicken. Add vegetable or canola oil in wok at least 2-3 inches deep. Heat wok on medium heat. Test oil for readiness before adding chicken.

Chicken is delicious hot or cold.
