Ingredients
Beef shortribs, thick cut
1 can Tomato soup
Shoyu
Brown sugar
1 med roundd Onion, sliced
1 pieces Ginger, sliced
Oil for cooking
Cooking Instructions
In large pot, add oil, brown shortribs on med/high heat. Add tomato soup, using soup can measure 3/4 can shoyu and 1 can brown sugar, mix. Add onions and ginger. Cover and simmer till tender.
Additional Comments
Draw alot of oil, skim off when done.
