3 lb Pork Spare Ribs

2 C Ketchup
2 tsp minced Garlic
1 tsp minced Ginger
C Red cooking wine
1 C Shoyu
C Parsley
2 C Honey
2 C Guava concentrate, frozen or bottled
C chopped Green onion
Cooking Instructions
Combine all marinade ingredients, mixing thoroughly, and then set aside. Bring ribs to a boil in salted water and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain ribs then add to marinade and place in refrigerator overnight.

Broil ribs on broiler pan and baste frequently with marinade.
