Indonesian Pork Butt

1 Pork Butt
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 Round onion, chopped
1 Can Chicken Broth
1 C Apple cider vinegar
1 C Shoyu (I Use Yoshida's Sauce; Aloha Shoyu os ok)
1/2 C Sugar
1 Brown In Bag
1 Tbsp Flour
Cooking Instructions
Put one tablespoon flour in brown in bag and shake to coat bag. Put pork butt and all ingredients in the brown in bag, seal the bag and shake the bag so all the ingredients mix and coat the pork butt. Place the brown in bag in the baking pan. Poke two holes on the top of the brown in bag after sealing to release steam during cooking. Cook for 4 hours on at 350.
