1 box Mochiko flour
1 C white Sugar (or to your taste)
1 C Coconut meat, shredded
1 can Coconut milk
Oil for frying
Extra white Sugar for dusting
Cooking Instructions
Mix mochiko flour, sugar, coconut meat, and coconut milk. Do not over mix. Heat oil in pan (med heat). Roll batter into golf size balls. Add to hot oil and fry 'til brown. Add cooked cascaron directly to sugar and roll around coating w/ sugar. Add to plate and kaukau.
