Homemade Chili

1 lb Ground beef
3 minced Garlic cloves
2 McCormick chili mix
2 cans Stewed tomatoes
2 cans Tomato sauce
2 cans Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 Portuguese sausage
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
Cooking Instructions
Brown beef in pot. Drain excess oil. Cut sausage into tiny pieces and fry. Add onions and garlic and your choice of seasonings (pepper,salt etc.). Pour mccormick chili mix and two cans tomato sauce and bring to boil. Reduce heat and add stewed tomato. Add beans and let simmer about 15 min. Add cream of mushroom soup and stir. Simmer about 15 min until beans are soft. Serve hot with rice or add cheese. Makes a wonderful dipping sauce for chips.
