1 Chicken cut into pieces
10 Bay leaves, crumble
10 Garlic cloves, smashed
100 Pepper corns, pounded
1 Onion, chopped
1 C Aloha Shoyu (has fo' be Aloha Shoyu)
1 C Heinz apple cider Vinegar (has fo' be)
1 can Corn(optional)
Cooking Instructions
In one pot, brown da chicken pieces, no need oil, chicken make der own. Wen browned(maybe tan bettah) dump da excess oil if you like. Make sure you have da other ingredients ready; den dump dem all in. Goin' smell ono li'dat. Simmer for about 1 hour. Tutu Kane like'm simmer till can be deboned wit one fork.
