Easy Shoyu Chicken

Ingredients
3 lbs Chicken thighs
2 large cloves of Garlic (mashed)
Salt & Pepper to taste (optional)
1 C Aloha Shoyu
1 C Pineapple juice
1/4 C Brown sugar
1 piece Ginger (crushed)
Cooking Instructions
Mix above ingredients well, add chicken. Bring to a boil and lower to simmer. Cook until chicken is tender.
Additional Comments
For a healthier recipe use skinless chicken thighs, Aloha Shoyu Lower Sodium, less brown sugar. And by all means you can use more or less garlic & ginger. This recipe is easy to adjust to your taste. And you can double the recipe if you have a big ohana. Serve with hot rice. Onolicious!
