Shoyu to taste
3 tsp Chinese brown bean sauce

2 C Chicken broth
Chili flakes

Cooking Instructions
Heat oil in large nonstick pan and gently brown garlic. Add ground pork and cook thru. Add shoyu to taste. When pork is cooked thru, add 3 tsp Chinese brown bean paste, chicken broth and bring to boil. Add enough cornstarch/water mix to thicken to taste (I use @ 3-4 tsp cornstarch). Add chili flakes to taste (I use quite abit, @12 big shakes). Wash and dice green onions; add to mix. Drain and dice tofu; gently stir in to mix. Gently simmer, @ 20 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
Additional Comments
Adjust your seasonings to taste; sometimes I omit the shoyu and add a dash of oyster sauce while browning pork. Adjust brown bean sauce; I like an intense flavor. Use more or less chicken broth; I like alot of gravy. Same with green onions and chili flakes; we love the green onions and a good bite to this dish! Ono over hot rice, with takuan on the side.
