Ingredients
Ahi tuna or any sashimi grade fish
Ginger
Daikon
Shoyu
La Yu chili oil
Green onions
Cooking Instructions
Chop ahi into bite size cubes, grate daikon on top. No worries, no such thing as too much. Grate some ginger for taste. Chopped green onions. Add a couple of nice hits of the La Yu chili oil and shoyu to wet down all ingredients. Mix well. Let rest in fridge for half hour before serving.
